due to popular demand *ahem priya* i am updating my blog. so it turns out that i have a new job working for a company called Harmonium through a program Community Services for Families. It's a good gig for now.. helping people.. changing lives.. you know. now to the good news you've all been waiting for.. i'm kinda of dating this guy :) yay! no more being jaded about guys.. it's a good change for me. i met him through a friend, well actually he's my friend's brother, but he's amazing. i have a really good feeling about this. i went to new mexico to visit him for the weekend.. here are some lovely pictures of us! ta da!

On memorial day weekend I went to vegas with timmy, pri, tambo and mika.  It was fabulous to be reunited with the old nyc roomsies! I really missed them and we just picked up where we left off.

Despite the outfits I have no crazy slutty stories to tell.  Hanging out with these kids was great. It was a much needed vacation and reunion with a group of hotties.  Going back to work after this weekend was hard, but I'm glad I had a job to go back to.  In two and a half months I will be done with my first year as a Youth service worker and will be deciding my next adventure.  I love my job, except for the pay.... t's practically volunteering.  The experience is great, I love working with my clients and thier families, but I need to move out of my house.  So I'm either going to find a better paying job or move to MEXICO.  Yeah that's right, Mexico.  Two current coworkers and I are contemplating teaching English in Mexico.  If anybody knows of any good "teach english in a foreign country programs" let me know.

Yes I went to Vegas this past weekend and I got sick. There is nothing worse than being sick at vegas. On Friday night we went to Tao Nightclub at the Venetian and my head was throbbing in pain. I couldn't drink anything but water and then around 1:00am I started feeling feverish. I had to leave. The next day, after sleeeping a lot I felt better. We walked around, went to different casinos. Vegas is a trip, it feels so surreal, like a Disneyland for adults almost. After a bumpy start to the night we ended up having at good time at Pure. I told myself I would try to make up for not dancing the night before, and I did. I danced my little heart out. Finally we left and I dragged my tired soles into bed. It was so much fun and hanging out with everyone made me realize how lonely it is in San Diego. You kids are lucky I'm not up in orange county with you all because I'm not sure you could handle me. I suppose San Diego keeps me grounded and only lets the crazy out on those really special occassions - so lets have more of them, alright?
